CPF invites you to join us in Quebec City, QC at the Hilton Quebec Hotel, 1100, boul. René-Levesque Est, Quebec (Quebec).
This year CPF is setting up the travel a little differently than in past CPF events. You are now responsible for arranging your own travel and for booking your own accommodations. For those that are sponsored (see categories below) you will be reimbursed following this event up to a maximum of 1,500 with receipts. All travel will be reimbursed at economy rate only and hotel room accommodations will be reimbursed at 159.00 plus taxes to a maximum of three nights’ accommodations. Your hotel must be booked by September 16 as we cannot guarantee room availability following September 16.
Please find below an outline of this weekend, details that may assist you in planning and your registration form. You will receive your full weekend package electronically by September 17 including further details for your stay in Quebec City. A full package will also be available on line following September 17.

- Branch President and Vice-Presidents or Designates, National Board Members, National Committee Members): Your attendance is fully sponsored by National which includes travel, accommodations, planning sessions, and all meals outlined in the program.
